Many Always Right products are produced on demand by third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider on our behalf.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, designs, colors, sizing, materials, and other product information. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on your device or display.

Because products are manufactured on demand, minor variations in color, print or embroidery placement, dimensions, or appearance may occur between individual products or production runs. Reasonable manufacturing variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Product availability may depend on the availability of blank garments, materials, colors, sizes, and production capacity maintained by our fulfillment partners.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, or other product options without notice.

If a product or product option becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding an alternative, delay fulfillment until the product becomes available, or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect information, product availability issues, pricing errors, or circumstances that prevent our fulfillment partners from completing the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to change or cancel it because products are produced on demand.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

Payment is due when an order is placed and is processed using the payment methods and payment-processing services made available through our store.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers operating on behalf of Always Right.

Production, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery dates provided on our website or during checkout are estimates and are not guarantees.

Actual delivery times may vary due to production volume, product availability, fulfillment location, carrier performance, destination, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple products may be manufactured at different facilities and may arrive in separate shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Always Right is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order appears to have been lost in transit, arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect or misprint, or contains an incorrect item, please contact Always Right. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners as appropriate to investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact Always Right regarding their orders rather than contacting our manufacturing or fulfillment partners directly.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because many Always Right products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due solely to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering errors, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise eligible orders will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Always Right name, logos, product designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, written copy, slogans, website content, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to Always Right and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing an Always Right product gives you ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights associated with the design, artwork, branding, or other content appearing on that product.
